Each spool has been cleaned, a little shine has been added, as well as a little extra detail at the top. The yellow topper could be a star on the tree, or just a little detail. Either way, they are so cute The stopper itself is new and fits wine bottles of various sizes perfectly. Each stopper comes with a burlap drawstring bag, too!
