Shipping Companies

We use UPS or USPS as delivery carriers.

Standard Shipment

Following credit card authorization and verification of information, you will receive your order within approximately two to three business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays).

We offer free shipping on all orders of $100 or more. Free shipping applies to standard ground shipping orders only. The $100 minimum for free shipping is based on merchandise only. Gift certificates, gift cards, taxes and additional shipping and handling do not count toward the qualifying amount. The total order amount after any discounts are applied must be over $100 to qualify for free shipping. Previous purchases are not eligible for adjustments.


Ship-to-Locations

We ship to continental U.S. states. Shipping is not offered to Alaska, Hawaii, American Samoa, Guam, Marshall Islands, Micronesia, Northern Marianas, Palau, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands and P.O. Boxes. Unfortunately, at this time we do not offer shipping services to APO/FPO and we do not ship internationally.


Order Status & Tracking

Information regarding the status of your order will be sent to you via email. If you have not received an order confirmation email shortly after placing your order, please first check your email spam filter before calling us. When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail that may include tracking information for your packages. Note that for some orders, items may ship in separate packages. Information on partial shipments will be noted on the packing slips included in each package.
